Très beau séjour avec de belles soirées sur la terrasse et une belle vue. Positive: La vue, le calme et l’architecture. Negative: Un petit bémol pour les équipements de la cuisine. Système de fermetures de portes à revoir car on peut les ouvrir uniquement de l’intérieur.

Eine traumhafte Villa in perfekter, ruhiger Lage nahe Nafplio mit spektakulärer Aussicht, hervorragendem Service und ide Positive: Hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage der Villa, die nur wenige Autominuten von Nafplio entfernt und dennoch wunderbar ruhig gelegen ist - perfekt, um zu entspannen und die Natur zu genießen. Sie ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die gesamte Region – sei es nach Nafplio, zum antiken Theater von Epidaurus, zu den archäologischen Stätten, wie Mykene oder auf eine der benachbarten Inseln (z.B. Spetses). Die Villa selbst lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Sie ist sehr gepflegt, modern und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren zu viert und hatten drei komfortable Schlafzimmer, sodass jeder ausreichend Platz hatte. Die Architektur fügt sich harmonisch in die wunderschöne Landschaft ein und schafft eine besondere Atmosphäre. Der herrliche Pool ist ideal, um sich an heißen Tagen schon abzukühlen und den herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer/Nafplio zu genießen. Ein besonderes Lob gilt Panagiotis. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, äußerst freundlich und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Es hat uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts an nichts gefehlt! Negative: Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Unser Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht ausgezeichnet.

Stunning views and setting, but let down by maintenance issues and under-equipped for 6 guests Positive: The views from every room are genuinely breathtaking — panoramic across the hills, beautiful sunsets each evening, and the illuminated Nafplio fortress visible at night from the property. The infinity pool is a highlight. The villa itself is modern and clean, with electric roller shutters, air conditioning in every room, plenty of power outlets, and a large fridge/freezer. The outdoor dining area overlooking the view is lovely. Location is excellent — a short 10-minute drive to Nafplio and several supermarkets, yet peaceful and secluded. Landscaping is well-maintained. Negative: For a property listed for 6 guests, the interior living space is quite small and the floor plan isn’t disclosed in the listing — we’d strongly recommend the property provide one. The outdoor deck has no shade or rain cover during the day, and there’s no indoor dining option for 6 people; the built-in seating doesn’t substitute well for a proper dining table. On the functional side, we encountered several issues: the pool was gradually emptying and required two contacts with property management before it was resolved; water hammer in the bathroom pipes caused loud banging noise; hot and cold were swapped on some taps; and a door handle in the upstairs ensuite came off in hand — we reported it but it was never fixed during our stay. The kitchen is undersized for 6: the stovetop has only two small burners that can’t be used simultaneously with the pans provided, there’s no microwave despite a full-size oven, and there isn’t enough cookware, crockery, or cutlery for the listed guest capacity — we didn’t have enough pans to cook a simple breakfast. Finally, the air conditioning units, while welcome, made loud whirring sounds that disrupted sleep and appear to need maintenance.
