Spacious top-floor gem with huge balcony Positive: Fantastic location with a huge wraparound balcony and top-floor views. The apartment was incredibly spacious and had a warm, homely feel rather than just feeling like a rental. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and overall it was a beautiful place to stay. Definitely recommend this apartment to others for their stay. Negative: We had a pleasant stay overall, but there were a few minor issues which we addressed with the agency managing the apartment. Firstly, the main door from the kitchen had no lock at all. While being on the 5th floor makes it unlikely for intruders to enter, for safety and peace of mind, every external door should still have a lock. There was no ironing board provided, which was a real inconvenience when we needed to iron. The iron itself also didn’t work properly—it didn’t heat up enough and leaked water all over the garments. There were no pegs available to hang washed clothes, and the clothes hanger was broken, so we had to tie it up to make it usable. The washing machine was tricky to operate as all instructions were in German, meaning we had to use Google Translate to figure it out. These are all minor and inexpensive issues to fix or supply, but when renting a two-bedroom penthouse apartment, you would expect all the basic essentials to be in place. We raised all of these minor issues with the agency, and they assured us they would be addressed.

Amazing. Terrace was the best

Positive: Everything fabulous....location, cleanliness, proximity to the beach... Location to the eateries. Couldn't ask for more....... The apartment was huge, with a fabulous, almost wrap around balcony._ with lots of seating areas to work around with sun/ shade. Lots of entertaining space, great sized kitchen, stacked with appliances. 2 great sized bedrooms. 2 shower rooms, with toilets. Fantastic value... Will return without a doubt. Thank you... Negative: Nothing
